These engine kits have been designed for the new LT Series of engines that GM has been producing since 2014. They work with the LT1 and  LT4 6.2 liter Corvette and crate engines as well as the L83 5.3 and L86 6.2 truck engines. 



These kits position the engine so there is no steering interference, and have crossmembers that support all late model transmissions while maintaining proper drive-line angles. They provide clearance for the factory AC box, power brake booster, and aftermarket suspension components. They are a bolt-in design with frame brackets that replace the originals and include polyurethane bushings that have a lifetime warranty. This LT swap kit is for 1971-1976 Impala and GM B-bodies (Buick, Pontiac, Cadillac, Oldsmobile). It is designed around our new fabricated aluminum oil pan and our 1 7/8" long-tube Stainless headers. Headers are not included at this price.




Our new fabricated aluminum oil pan features a billet rail and front section that incorporates a built in pickup tube and o-ring. It includes new mounting hardware and comes with a billet oil filter adapter that uses AC Delco filter #PF48. It has a 5 qt. oil capacity. The new LT engines do not use any gasket on the oil pan. It recommended to use Permatex Ultra Grey Rigid High-Torque RTV Silicone.

 

Coming soon: Our LT headers are made from 304 Stainless Steel for long term durability. The 1 7/8" primary tubes can support all the way up to the 800hp range. They have 3/8" laser-machined flanges and include multi-layer stainless gaskets, hardware, and 02 bungs.
