  • Husler's MUSCLE RODS Hedders and LS Conversion Kits have been developed together on the car or truck they are intended for. This means they work, right out of the box. We've done all the trial and error work, so you don't waste time performing unnecessary modifications, or returning parts that don't work together.

The Headers in this section are designed specifically for installing an LS engine into 1963-82 Corvette), and are available in a variety of tube lengths and diameters. ALL MUSCLE RODS HEDDERS are available in uncoated mild steel, or with Hedman's original HTC or Husler's NEW BLACK MAXX Ceramic Coating.

  • These are not your average swap headers. These headers offer many feature that are normally only on custom race headers. We start with 3/8" laser cut flanges with the tubes welded inside and out and then machined. The long tube headers feature bolt-on race inspired collectors for ease of installation and tuning of primary length. The mid-lengths use a gasket-less ball and socket type collector for a leak free install. They're ceramic coated inside and out to fight performance robbing underhood temperatures then polished for a long lasting show quality finish.

We offer several sizes of headers so you can match them to your engine combination. Our 1 3/4” mid-length headers offer great ground clearance and support up to 400hp. Our 1 ¾” long-tubes will support up to 600hp. For more than 600hp we offer 1 7/8” long-tubes and for big cubic inch monster engines our 2" is a perfect match. Our stepped headers offer great high rpm performance while retaining good low and mid-range power. They all include gaskets, bolts, reducers, and O2 sensor bungs.

There are upgrade options above - if you want more, we can definitely give it to you! These work perfect with our motor mount and transmission crossmember kits.

This is an Universal Turbo Header, no Turbo Flange Welded. Works great on Pontiac GTO, Supra MKIII, RX-7 FC, 240SX, S13/S14. With its tight bent runner and curved upward outlet, should fit many other LSx Twin Turbo vehicles. It will clear stock LS accessories i.e. water pump, alternator, etc.
