These engine kits have been designed for the new LT Series of engines that GM has been producing since 2014. They work with the LT1 and  LT4 6.2 liter Corvette and crate engines as well as the L83 5.3 and L86 6.2 truck engines. 



These kits position the engine so there is no steering interference, and have crossmembers that support all late model transmissions while maintaining proper drive-line angles. They provide clearance for the factory AC box, power brake booster, and aftermarket suspension components. They are a bolt-in design with frame brackets that replace the originals and include polyurethane bushings that have a lifetime warranty. This LT swap kit is for 1971-1976 Impala and GM B-bodies (Buick, Pontiac, Cadillac, Oldsmobile). It is designed around our new fabricated aluminum oil pan and our 1 7/8" long-tube Stainless headers. Headers are not included at this price.




Our new fabricated aluminum oil pan features a billet rail and front section that incorporates a built in pickup tube and o-ring. It includes new mounting hardware and comes with a billet oil filter adapter that uses AC Delco filter #PF48. It has a 5 qt. oil capacity. The new LT engines do not use any gasket on the oil pan. It recommended to use Permatex Ultra Grey Rigid High-Torque RTV Silicone.

 

Coming soon: Our LT headers are made from 304 Stainless Steel for long term durability. The 1 7/8" primary tubes can support all the way up to the 800hp range. They have 3/8" laser-machined flanges and include multi-layer stainless gaskets, hardware, and 02 bungs.

These conversion fuel tanks are built to fit your application, and are setup to provide the minimum 58 PSI required specifically by the LSx engines. These tanks are made specifically for your car, and feature a recessed area in the top for the fuel pump module and sending unit, so no floor modifications are needed for clearance. Additionally, they have an innovative baffling system inside to control fuel slosh and keep the pump fed even at low fuel levels and extreme driving conditions. They are galvanized steel and powder coated silver for maximum durability!

As an added bonus, the kit includes a fuel sending unit designed to work with your factory style fuel gauge. The included fuel pump module features an in-tank wiring harness and three ports - one for the feed line, one for the return line, and one for the vent.

This kit has two available Walbro fuel pump options. The standard 255 LPH pump or the 400 LPH pump for supercharged or 550+hp applications. The kit also includes vent filter, gaskets, and hardware. The 1961-64 tanks also include new tank straps. They look like original equipment from under the car and are absolutely the best way to go when converting to EFI.
