1973-77 A-Body LS Conversion Kit

This swap kit is for the 1973-1977 Chevelle, Monte Carlo, Laguna, Grand Am, Can Am, Le Mans & Cutlass. It was designed around our CTS-V oil pan kit. The frame brackets bolt into existing holes in the frame so you know the engine will have clearance for accessory drives, factory AC box, power brake booster, and aftermarket suspension components. Unlike others, our kit positions the engine so there is no steering interference and maintains the proper drive-line angle for smooth highway cruising. We offer a complete line of Muscle Rods headers that give unparalleled performance and ground clearance with sizes that are matched to your engine combo. These combined parts offer an easy, strong, and clean installation of your LS engine.

  • We offer several sizes of headers so you can match them to your engine combination. Our 1 ¾” long-tubes will support up to 600hp. For more than 600hp we offer 1 7/8” long-tubes and for big cubic inch monster engines our 2" is a perfect match. Our stepped headers offer great high rpm performance while retaining good low and mid-range power. They all include gaskets, bolts, reducers, and O2 sensor bungs. The relocation brackets are laser cut from brushed stainless steel for a great clean appearance. It relocates the rear coil upwards to provide adequate clearance for power brake boosters and air conditioning. Each kit includes all necessary hardware along with one of our 12” high performance spark plug wires. Installation is easy, the brackets bolt to the valve cover using existing mounting holes on factory valve covers (as well as most aftermarket valve covers).
